About the event
Join us as we learn a number of topics, including managing anxiety and stress, depression, discussing myths and facts about therapy, trauma, and child/parent relationships. After class, each family will receive a pack of diapers and/or pull ups for each child in attendance, as well as clothes, groceries, and hygiene supplies.
